Shopping Center Sold

Reid Peevey Commercial has Brokered the sale of one of Waco’s prominent shopping centers, Waco Commons at 300 N Valley Mills Dr. The 134,000 sf shopping center, featuring Tractor Supply, Canales FurniturePlanet Fitness, has been once again sold by Reid Peevey Commercial. Randy Reid finalized an anchor lease to get the property to full occupancy and represented the Seller in the sale of the property.
